HOW DOES TradeConnect™ WORK?
You’ll be matched with a small group (“Crew”) of 8–10 trades business owners who meet twice a month for strategy, accountability, and connection. Along the way, you’ll be guided by our TradeConnect™ Coaching Framework and gain access to resources, events, and expert support.
The program is built around real-world growth —
we focus on systems, leadership, profitability, and freeing up your time. The core curriculum is delivered throughout your Crew sessions and training materials. Here’s what we focus on:

Elite is a more personalized, hands-on version of TradeConnect. You get everything in Essentials, plus 1-on-1 coaching, in-person sessions, and customized implementation support. It’s designed for business owners who want deeper involvement, quicker results, and expert support at every step.
Legacy is for graduates of Essentials or Elite who want to maintain momentum. It includes ongoing monthly coaching, access to the member portal and community, and invites to annual retreats and events to stay sharp and connected.
The TradeConnect program runs for 12 months, covering six core areas of business growth in a structured, month-by-month format. Each member commits to one full year to allow for real, sustainable change and implementation.
Essentials and Elite both follow this 12-month roadmap — with Elite offering more personalized, hands-on support throughout.
Legacy is ongoing and available after completing your first year, providing continued coaching and connection beyond the initial program.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started — including your onboarding details and first steps.
We’ll then schedule a discovery call to answer any questions you may have, get to know your business better, and make sure you’re set up for success.
You’ll also gain immediate access to the online member portal, where you’ll find templates, tools, session schedules, and your TradeConnect crew resources.
From there, you’ll be added to our WhatsApp group chat for your crew, and we’ll get started with your first strategy session.
