Mike Taylor is a business coach whose main focus is to help leaders overcome their growth struggles and staffing issues while introducing alignment, productiveness, and overall happiness. Mike believes that with the right mindset and structure, you will be able to achieve all goals, manage stress, create balance, and eliminate that feeling that owning/leading a business can be draining but rather bring back that excitement that was once there.
He is a successful business professional with 10+ years of extensive leadership experience, he successfully collaborated and led multiple change management initiatives to help achieve service excellence in both staff performance and overall customer experience as well as executing ongoing strategic plans to assist in continuous improvement and streamlining efficiencies.
Mike grew up in a family-owned business where he learned the importance of building long-term relationships and maintaining client satisfaction because to him the most important piece of being a business coach, is working with people and seeing a transformation within them.

Jonathan is a dynamic and versatile individual, known for his passion for continuous learning and problem-solving. With a background in sales, marketing and business ownership, he has developed a strong foundation in building and transforming businesses. Equipped with a creative mindset and a strong drive for success, he is always eager to take on new challenges and explore efficient solutions.
Jonathan has built his existing business by empowering his employees, he has also been able to achieve further success in supporting other business owners and leaders in various industries.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jonathan enjoys his family; wife, 3 kids and his two dogs. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors, engaging in sports, or volunteering for causes close to his heart, Jonathan believes in maintaining a well-rounded healthy lifestyle to stay inspired and motivated.

Outside of his professional life, Scott is deeply committed to spending quality time with his friends and family. Catherine is a meticulous and experienced bookkeeper with nearly a decade of experience in supporting small businesses with their accounting and bookkeeping requirements. A graduate of McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, she has extensive expertise in all financial areas, including annual/quarterly filings, payroll, accounts payable, and receivables.
Catherine has collaborated with numerous sole proprietors and small businesses across diverse industries such as manufacturing, trades, real estate, shipping, cleaning, not-for-profit, and personal care services. Her comprehensive understanding of industry practices and proficiency with the latest software solutions make her an invaluable asset to our team.
In her free time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and exploring new restaurants.
